Utensils material and their effects on our health


1. Aluminum vessels.

Cooking and dinning with aluminum vessels only harms our body. It destroys 87% of food nutrients; weakens bones, causes kidney disease, nervous system disorders asthma, diabetes, TB etc.

2. Bronze vessels.

Only merely 3-4 % nutrients are destroyed while cooking in bronze vessels and utensils. Eating food in bronze vessels improves memory and digestion, purifies blood, increases appetite etc.
NOTE: Don't cook sour foods in bronze vessels.
 
3.Brass vessels.

Only 7% nutrients are destroyed while cooking in brass vessels. Dinning in it helps in joint pains, reduces gas/acidity, aids in weight loss, prevents cold and cough.

4.Copper vessels.

Dining and drinking water in copper vessels detoxifies body, purifies blood, improves liver functions, prevents from diseases etc.
NOTE: Never drink or keep milk in copper vessels.

5. Gold vessels.

Gold is hot in nature, as per Ayurveda sciences dinning in gold vessels strengthens the internal and external body, increases immunity, boosts energy, balances all three doshas.

6. Stainless steel vessels.

Stainless steel vessels are neither beneficial nor harmful to our bodies.

7. Silver vessels.

Silver as per Ayurveda silver Anti bacterial nature. It doesn't allow growth of bacteria in food, Thus it preserves the quality of food. It boots immunity.
