Body Scrubs



Scrub literally means to rub off hard , so as to clean and which typically requires brush and water. We all know that on frequent exposure to the harsh weather changes, humidity and pollution causes cell damages and which may result in formation of dead skin cells along with dirt and impurities.This may result in breakouts, dullness and dark spots.So here is a homemade scrub recipe made purely with natural ingredients so that you can get rid of all the skin problems naturally.
Lets get started:

Papaya Body Scrub


This scrub is easy to do at home and leaves your skin clean and rejuvenated.
You can do it once a fortnight but avoid for at least 2 days after a wax or razor session.
What do you need?                                                                                                            
  • 1 small ripe papaya
  • 50gm grain powder
  • 50gm rice powder
  • 50gm sea salt
  • 50ml honey
  • 100ml milk/curd
How to do it?
Mash papaya in a grinder and mix with all other ingredients except for milk/curd.Blend well with hand.
Now steam your body all over with portable home steamer or have a hot water bath.
Apply the mixture all over your body, covering each and every part from face to toe. Then lie down on plastic sheet for 20min.
Next take milk/curd and apply carefully on each body part, scrubbing that areas gently in circular movements. You can also use a soft loofah for scrubbing your skin.When finished again take another warm shower.
Wipe off excess moisture and apply body lotion all over immediately when you are still little wet.
