Chicken chilly

Ingredients:
- Salt (as per taste).
- chilli powder 1 tbsp.
- Maida( all purpose flour) 100 gm.
- Chopped coriander 1 tbsp.
- Onion (diced) 2.
- Chicken(boneless) 250gm.
- Capsicum (sliced) 3.
- Eggs 2.
- Chopped green chillies.
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
Method:
- Mix Maida, beaten eggs, ginger garlic paste, salt and chilli powder to make a paste. Add the chicken to the paste.
- Heat oil, deep fry the chicken and put aside. In a separate pan, heat a little oil and fry the onions, add ginger garlic paste, capsicum , green chillies, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Fry till the capsicum is little tender then add fried chicken into this and fry for about 2-3 min. Add little tomato sauce and mix it well, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Tip: You can also use schezwan sauce along with tomato sauce for an extra zing.
