Ugadi pachadi(prasad)




Ingredients: one peeled and diced raw mango, 1tbsp tamarind paste, 1tsp black pepper, 1-2 tbsp powdered jaggery, 5-10 neem leaves, neem flowers, salt  and 1 1/2 cup  water.


Procedure:
  • Mix the diced raw mango in water.
  • Then mix the powered jaggery in it until the jaggery melts completely in the water.
  • Add rest all ingredients and garnish with neem flowers at the end.
Tip: It is advisable to use neem leaves decoction instead of just leaves in the prasad but since its too bitter you can just use its leaves directly.
