Weight loss is something that everyone is talking about these days. Everyone wants to look in perfect shape and figure but most of the things people do for it are in wrong fashion.
From heavy workouts to strict dieting everything at the end just lands up in no loss but some extra weight gain. So here are few tips for weight loss which effectively works in shredding that extra pound:
- Less oil
Try using less oil as much and wherever possible. Don't apply excess oil on chapatis and rotis. Avoid deep fried foods, rather fried food to maximum extend.
- Workout
Try doing cardio exercise at least 1 hour everyday and weight training at least 5 times in a week to maintain the weight loss. It is important to note that though cardio can make you lose weight faster the weight loss may be temporary if not maintained with weight training exercises. Include everything which makes you sweat and heart pump more blood like treadmill, brisk walking.
- Drink water
Yes, you heard it right...Drink ample of this super drink, keep yourself hydrated by drinking 8-12 glasses of water per day. This won't let the body to store water in body and you will shred faster.
- Breakfast is the boss
Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, but it should be healthy as well. Make sure you consumed it within first hour of waking up.
- Working out right
There are certain protocols to be followed before workout which immensely affect the fat burning process in the body. Research suggest that women should have at least a fruit may be an apple or banana 1 hr before workout but for men its totally other way round they should ideally avoid working out after any consumption as the metabolism reaction in men is different in men than that in women.
